I worked at NetApp full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Very good technical company, explores a lot of opportunities for enthusiasts. Provides a great work life balance. Most of employee friendly company i had worked so far.

    Cons

Some bureaucracy at some senior engineering positions. Because of that you might face some issues about the compensation. Under pressure decisions were always taken wrong and led to a bad experience from higher mgmt.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Needs better planning. Deserved people should be promoted.
