Pros – Absolute autonomy of work, self paced work environment, very transparent, flat matrix organization, great place to launch global career, flexi work hours, work from home (telecommute).

Cons – Nothing so far that I have experienced in the last 14 years incl 9 years in Siemens that I can think of which can seriously be labeled as cons of working in NSN, however, probably the office locations in some places could have been more central and accessible from other parts of the city with ease.
