    Good and stable job

    Financial Analyst (Current Employee) Bangalore

ProsWork people, good policies, nice place to work and the work load is not very heavy.

ConsGrowth is slow, tenure is taken more than you're abilities, high risk job as even typos can cause a lot of loss

Advice to Senior ManagementKindly look at people's ability than tenure, if grow is given to partners just because of tenure efficient partners will be demotivated and will be a subject to attrition

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
