    Pros

I've been fortunate to obtain a job working with Northrop in 2011. When I was in processing the first week I told my deacon who I was working for. His reply was you're working for an awesome company. If it wasn't for the fact he had a GS-11 job he would still be working for Northrop.

    Cons

Each sector is different and some may have more benefits or incentives to offer compared to others. Nothing is perfect.

    Pros

The company will work through pay issues quickly and if you are entitled more money they ensure that you get it very quickly. Great benefits, the salary is competitive, and the educational benefits are excellent. Employees get discounts with other companies like rental cars and hotels.

    Cons

The area for professional growth is limited, some of the management personnel have been in their position too long and should probably be retired or sent somewhere else. Working out of an outlining site instead of a corporate office is challenging.
