ProsGreat benefits and the ability to gain experience across many different areas of corporate finance

ConsThe divide between folks working in the bullpens and those working in offices is significant--little or no communication between the upper and lower levels. Also, the halls are so quiet it's eery.

Advice to Senior ManagementFinance is a formal business, but that doesn't mean you can't talk to each other, share a joke, say hello or be sociable.
