“Silence is not golden”
Former Employee – worked at ORIX
Pros – Great benefits and the ability to gain experience across many different areas of corporate finance
Cons – The divide between folks working in the bullpens and those working in offices is significant--little or no communication between the upper and lower levels. Also, the halls are so quiet it's eery.
Advice to Senior Management – Finance is a formal business, but that doesn't mean you can't talk to each other, share a joke, say hello or be sociable.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
