Cons – main HQ located in CA.
Advice to Senior Management – job growth will promote efficient workers.

Pros – Best life work balance, it's a great place for old people who wants a place to stay until retirement
Cons – because of the medical industry's growing too slow, you do get the chance to work on some real channellings projects.

Pros – Job security. not enough project managers or implementation specialist to handle the demand.
Cons – long hours
Project time shorten which is why the long hours.
PMs do everything, test, train, implement, and manage projects. One show pony that does it all. Does the same job as Implementation Specialists but more responsibility.

Pros – Flexibility to work from remote when needed, high-tech. Plenty of opportunities for online training. Keeps its employees well informed of the company's quarterly financial performance.
Cons – High Turn over, marginal salary increases. Sr. Mgmt/Executives constantly changing direction with company's focus on new products and product enhancements.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to work to retain your top talent, not just let them walk out the door taking their experience and knowledge with them.

Pros – Interesting product lines but slower development cycles.
Cons – Bad management, could be improved by making more flat organization.

Pros – Very friendly and multicultural environment. HR does a great job with employee functions especially during Christmas and New Year holiday seasons.
Cons – Many of the employees have been established for 10+ years which can leave little room for newer employees to grow.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work!
