    Pros

    Compensation...especially for the analytics & consulting teams but not for others..

    Cons

    No standard procedures for employee appraisal/promotion/bonus disbursement, no growth, no new projects coming in....already a lot of attrition from a long period of time but no efforts by top management to check it, all in all not worth a try even

    please get your act together and make the employees believe in your vision by tangible actions instead of just words....

    - Nice/quality analytics work
    - quality junior staff
    - very good and transparent CEO

    - Less focus on primary delivery
    - politicising any situation for own benefit
    - no personal support system

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - there is a difference of meaning in bonus as incentive and promotions as incentive. One should not swap for each other.
    - Early promotions of junior at batch level may end up creating issue to senior staff

    Good analytics talent.(Whatever little remains). There was a time you could learn a thing or two from some of the folks here.
    Flexible hours.
    Informal atmosphere.

    Cons

    0% transparency
    100% politics
    Management is horrible. Excellent at arbitrary decision making.
    No Vision. Just interested in getting clients by selling the moon and lying through the teeth.
    Cant trust anybody.

    Pros

    You will enjoy this company for finding great colleagues and nice working environment. flexi work policies are blessing. Company is stuck due to poor planning, you will be working way too much (non stop for months day and night) & there would be long spells of no work. you could get mix of work, surreal as it is not known what you might be asked to do. no new projects, one has to take whatever comes in

    company has lot of talent, however management is insensitive has miserably disappointed employees. they are not able to justify for the poor state of the company. with recent change in management, employees are expecting a better health of the company

    Pros – 1. Very friendly colleagues.
    2. Great place to gain knowledge about the processes & is a step ahead in technology.
    3. Flexi timings.
    4. Everybody follows the company core values & team work is excellent.
    5. You can change your domain if interested.
    6. Pays way better than several companies.

    Yearly hike should be more.

    Pros

    Highly political with only people who socialize in a core group of employees getting promoted ahead of cycle - regardless of performance or benchmarks(Inconsistent review and promotion cycles). Lack of faith, trust and honesty for managers. If you're not in the inner circle, or buttering managers, you're growth stops and your career dies. Finally Promotion depended on whether you buttering your manager.
    Politics, Poor senior management, no appreciation, cost cutting, do have many policies but no one follow those policies, unfair appraisal system.

    Lots of politics at senior management level unfairness in project assignments
    Directionless approach
    Deliberate delay on distribution of bonuses and appraisals to retain and mislead employees
    Very incompetent HR, HR is a complete joke, HR is nonexistent
    All talk in the air, misleading employees
    Different rules and treatment to different teams
    NO stability
    Highly disorganized management team
    Group of highly dissatisfied employees
    Only Confusing People all Around
    People get paid for doing nothing

    It's bad for morale. Damage is so severe to employee morale!
    Need to wake up and understand their responsibilities. Need to be taught how to interact with employees.
    Please be honest about the company/team policies with the employees, each team has different rule and regulation

    Your staffing process is completely unfair and you better sort out all the internal politics, the good people are being treated unfairly by the seniors.

    Pros

    Flexible Timing, Come to office anytime - Leave office anytime, Work from home. They just want work, anyhow.

    Cons

    Politics, Poor senior management, no appreciation, cost cutting, do have many policies but no one follow those policies, unfair appraisal system. Employees who have joined straight from campus were sometime given work of data crunching which they do it for 6 months to 1 year keeping a hope and expectation that they will get a good quality work. No transparency is there as many employees doesn't even ave idea whats going in the firm.

    Senior Management should be approachable and flexible enough to do the changes, so that the employees in junior can come and share their common problems which they facing and accordingly changes should be implement.
