Pros – * Lots of learning
* Flexible environment
* Great supervisors and Engineering Managers
*Well structured Product Management (CRM OD)

Cons – *Poor product management structure in some apps.
* Non-existent HR
* poor IT support
* Zero hikes and onsite opertunities

Advice to Senior Management – Improve on Hikes and onsite opertunity

Current Employee – been working at Oracle full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Flexible timing is something can get you a lot of time for family by optimizing the work timings without hampering productivity
High Initial Salary. Other service based companies offer very less with same years of experience

Cons – Not good for long term growth ,
No contribution from HR department , in fact not much of helpful.
Older employee do not get raise considering the fact management allocates a lot of budgets to freshers and new hires.

Advice to Senior Management – Retain your existing employees with higher raise instead of throwing so much money on new hires and waisting 1 year , training them without productivity. Don't hire the worst candidates from top colleges (just because Google and Facebook took the best ones) , Hire the hardworking and passionate ones who are willing to learn and contribute. Most of the times new hires with irrelevant grad major comes to oracle prepares for MBA/MS in Oracle without any work and free salary , finally leaves in a year or two.

Pros – Great company for starters with a very professional work culture and environment. A lot of opportunities and areas to work. Flat hierarchy.

Cons – Average pay, much lower increments. Little choice of assignments and the services division is kinda slow. Tasks can be rather monotonous at times.

Cons – As it is a Product based company, you would not get any overseas opportunities with the clients.

Cons – 1. Work pressure is very high and need to have more resources to handle load.
