Advice to Senior ManagementPlease dont hire freshers .If you even intersted in hiring freshers please skip that one -two month trainig more like classes instead of it please start a serious mentor training program for the freshers within their team.It took us a year to figure out the most basic of things on our own which is just a waste of time .I know there are some teams in Oracle whose mangers take care of this and they have good mentorship -kind of program.Basicaly if you are hiring a fresher then for starting 1-2 months it would be nice to give them some intersting work under the guidance of an experienced employee of a team .Atleast in the beginning when you ask something from your manager and he says I dont know ask that guy and that guy permanently working from home is of no help too. This gives fresher an attitude that things are not very serious here .

And I am sure if freshers like us (from india's top colleges) are given proper guidance and training from team We can contribute significant for the team .I really am not satisfied with my team at oracle

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
