    Pros

    The work is pretty challenging provided you take some interest in it.
    Pays well (A fresher getting 50k, what else do you need)
    Flexible timings
    Great learning curve
    Work from home
    Internet and phone bills are on company :)

    Cons

    Nobody bothers to push you beyond your limits
    If you're an average performer, don't expect a hike of more than 7-8%
    Hikes and bonus depends upon the the overall performance of the team
    Bad cafeteria

    Make sure that the hikes come annually and not once in every 2 years...

    Excellent work life balance.
    Opportunity to switch with in Oracle.
    No variable pay component in your salary
    Encourages L&D

    Cons

    Salary is not on par with competitors.
    Dont have proper recogonization for the hard work.
    In some teams promotions are very slow.

    1. Huge and unbounded scope of learning
    2. If you are technically sound, company will respect you. If you are not, their are lots of people to teach you
    3. No politics, at least in in OBP Development, Mumbai
    4. Package wont be great, but suffice to lead a comfortable life in Mumbai
    5. Average increment is good.
    6. Great work culture, inter team relationship.

    Cons

    1. No bonus or variable.
    2. No onsite if you are in development
    3. No external activities [ though people are so good you wont require any external activity]
    4. High attrition

    No such challenges instead love the new challenges that come across as it adds to my knowledge and helps me to resolve the sane issue if that comes across.

    Not so great % of hike, Some times not so great work life balance but managable , growth is there but not so great, ratings depend on how you express yourself
