    Pros

I helped open the PF Changs at the Ann Arbor, MI location. I've never had such a supportive group of managers who are willing to help you through your personal and work problems. We all grew into a little family and it has been a pleasure working not only for the company but for this specific locations.

    Cons

Every restaurant jobs has its cons; for this new location, things are still a bit unorganized. The training for a new branch requires a lot of overtime for its employees.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like they matter and we will put in the same effort at work.

    Pros

Most people are really easy to get along with. The hours are really flexible and the tips are decent considering it's casual dining.

    Cons

No breaks at all on Saturdays and sometimes other days when it's busy. They'll sometimes make food for the employees but sometimes can't be bothered. Some managers are unprofessional and display blatant favoritism.

    Advice to Management

Try being less obvious with your favoritism. It shows.
