I have been working at Paycom Payroll full-time for more than a year
Pros – Paycom has a beautiful, new headquarters in OKC where I live and work. Getting a job with Paycom over a year ago has been the best thing for me. I have great co-workers, awesome benefits and an important job that makes me feel like I'm part of the team. These are some of the great things you can look forward to when working for Paycom; health benefits are THE BEST, vacation, sick leave, FMLA and company celebrations along with giveaways.
Cons – I have worked here for over a year now and I have no cons to working for this company. They have worked along with me to make sure this is a good fit for myself as well as for them.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the great work! You have made this a wonderful place to work and I enjoy being a Paycom employee!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Paycom Payroll full-time for less than a year
Pros – I have worked at Paycom's headquarters in OKC for about 12 weeks. I love the atmosphere. It's upbeat, energetic and fun. My favorite things are
- subsidized catered lunch every day and always a healthy option. Employee only pays $4 and you can use your badge for auto withdrawal from your paycheck. I don't have to carry cash!
- a great gym and lots of classes like Boot Camp and Zumba - free to employees!
- monthly celebration of anniversaries and birthdays with free lunch.
- fun contests - we decorated our cubes to celebrate the Thunder games. People went all out!
- Free stuff! T-shirts, candy jar, picture frame, bag chair ... all given to every employee just in the last 12 weeks!
-monthly "all employee" meetings to keep us informed about what's going on.
- training - ongoing! For everyone.
Cons – Co-pay on benefits was a little higher than my previous job, but still not too bad.
Temperature of the offices are a little colder than I like, but they give all employees a free jacket, so not a big problem.
Not much "age" diversity. Most everyone who works here is in 20-30 years old.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the great work. Since you are promoting people so quickly, make sure they are properly trained for their new role.

I have been working at Paycom Payroll full-time for more than a year
Pros – Paycom is such a fun company to work for. They care about their employees. The atmosphere is overall very positive and everyone seems to enjoy their job.
Cons – The one con about Paycom is the interviewing process to get in. The application is lengthy and then you have to go through several different tests and interviews before the final decision is made.

I worked at Paycom Payroll
Pros – There's a good salary for the job. If you get selected you'll make about 45k base pay. It's a fun environment to work in.
Cons – This job is high stress. It is also high turn over. Many new people are brought in on a very consistent basis. This has everything to do with the fact that they terminate people very quickly.

I have been working at Paycom Payroll full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Paycom is a great company to work for - we're growing fast and we're very cutting edge in everything we do. Paycom values teamwork, rewards hard work and has great career advancement opportunities. Our work culture is second to none - an on site cafe with delicious catered lunches which employees can purchase at a discounted rate, a full service gym to work off all those yummy lunches and a fantastic benefits package.
Cons – Paycom is fast paced - if that's not how you operate, look for an opportunity somewhere else.

I have been working at Paycom Payroll full-time
Pros – We are growing and breaking new records almost every month. Lot's of training offered. Management really seems to care about employee well being. $1 health insurance for employees and $4 lunches (catered in from local restaurants). Free fitness center! I am fairly new, but every month at the employee luncheons they celebrate people being promoted along with birthday's and anniversary's. You get a rose for every year you have been here! Lot's of free goodies to keep the team spirit high! The CEO walks around and checks to see how people are doing. I enjoy going to work!
Our Sales team is awesome to work with. They are some of the most professional people I have ever worked with. They know the product and want to make sure the customers are taken care of!
Cons – We are growing and breaking new records almost every month. With the growth there are always lots of changes and it is a very fast pace. It can be stressful at times.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep people informed of changes and reasons why. Continue to celebrate the successes with us. Pay more for referrals. Shorten the company meetings.

I worked at Paycom Payroll full-time for less than a year
Pros – Great coworkers, above average base pay, decent training
Cons – Be prepared to work long hours and get micromanaged. REPORTS REPORTS REPORTS--wasted time preparing these long reports. Manager never had advice--was a good cheerleading when you were doing well, but no constructive criticism or help if you were having a down month.
Sales reps aren't just required to sell, but see entire transition process through--company spins this as an advantage over competition because there is accountability, but it leaves less time for sales rep to hit quota & are faced with issues only a transition team would be able to answer.
-They are experiencing major growing pains & are going downhill fast.
Advice to Senior Management – Just because someone is good in sales, doesn't necessarily mean they are going to be a good manager--Holly Faurot however truly cares about her employees & is a genuine, great leader

I worked at Paycom Payroll
Pros – Can make great money
Healthy company
Can advance quickly if you're given the opportunity
Cons – Horrible management: inexperienced, unable to make own decisions, obvious favoritism, treated reps like children!
Highly structured schedule, no freedom whatsoever to run your own day
Hours and hours of required telemarketing burned territories
Advice to Senior Management – Why not make experience a requirement when making a decision to let someone run an office
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
