Pros – The atmosphere is very calm and cozy plus the flexible timings are a relief. Even work from home can be counted as a pro of working in PE.
Cons – Office Politics I would say.

Pros – Good Cultured company, provides good opportunities to grow, likes innovation in work.
Cons – Burdening the employees with the other different product. May lead to dissatisfaction in the employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Innovations is good thing if rightly used.... First strengthen your core products than going to other verticals.. if want to experiment such things the employee shouldn't be overburdened.

Pros – Pearson is the world’s leading education company, providing educational materials, technologies, assessments and related services to teachers and students of all ages. it is a place where we can grab knowledge so it is a great company to work. I am delighted to be the part of Pearson.
Cons – It is place where you can see lot of struggles and hurdles to improve your level of work. The only reason is the high level of working culture.

Pros – An excellent manager and helpful colleagues. Flexibility in terms of being able to work from home and travel at will.
Cons – Poor HR and Finance Departments.
Advice to Senior Management – Ensure that the Finance department processes things faster. Allow editors more control over publishing processes.

Current Employee – been working at Pearson Education
Pros – I have no more tress for job. I can do anything in rest of my time. My seniors give me respect, which I deserve.
Cons – When I do log the complaint, some times, it takes to much time for solving. So, We have to listen from the school authorities.
Advice to Senior Management – The issues must b solved in proper time period. Company should improve the method of logging the complaint. The logged complaint should b updated in less time period.
