Pros – The firm had a good company culture, with friendly staff willing to help when needed and always willing to say hello.
Cons – Their development program is in its infancy with regard to the HR department, intern inclusion, and coherence/organization of the program.

Pros – Great atmosphere. Delicious food in food court. Lots of Foot traffic. Good stores to draw people in. Good location.
Cons – Mandatory hours for the duration of the time the Mall is open. Difficult if you are just starting out your own business, especially during the holidays. Lease amount was very expensive and turned out to be too much. Made no profit. Had a couple of problems with a Lease manager. not saying what.
Advice to Senior Management – Say what you mean and mean what you say. And reduce the amount you charge for Kiosks especially at off-peak times when you are literally making no money on a kiosk not being used.

Pros – Good pay and the people were friendly. Good vacation for an intern. Mall managment is a great business to start a carrer.
Cons – Boring at times with some of the work being repetitive. Sometimes working a 9-5 feel like your back in grade school.
Advice to Senior Management – Managment needs to stop being cheap and spend money to develop their malls. Also, close the malls that are not making any profit.
