Pros – You learn a lot here... If you are looking for an experience in marketing, this is definitely a plaxe to work in, but you have to be a workaholic if you choose this company.
Certainly, experience counts. better place only for top management.
Cons – If you looking for an SIP, sorry to say you won't be getting any stipend or even the conveyance allowance. The work can be a bit exaggerating at times.
No Motivational factor.. They just make you work, thats it.
Advice to Senior Management – Please act a bit more positive and appreciate the employees the work they do.

I have been working at PepsiCo full-time for more than a year
Pros – Huge company, full benefits, congenial atmosphere, steady work
Cons – WS facility, being across the street from the RJ Reynolds Tobacco factory, has that factory mentality. Many long-time employees started in the local factories, and there families worked in factories all their careers, so it's in the culture.
Advice to Senior Management – Understand that your long-time supervisors & managers are hindering significant process improvement in the name of maintaining their status quo. Duh!

I have been working at PepsiCo full-time for more than a year
Pros – Work life balance is a focal point. Excellent culture, talented and hard working teams, team focus. Career mobility and great opportunities, especially for young managers. Values are instilled in every aspect of the business and there is always something interesting going on in the marketplace.
Cons – Salary and overall compensation is low. The job required mobility every 2-3 years in order to promote, sometimes mediocre mid/senior level managers. Heavy sales and operations focus with less of a priority on other divisions of the business. Difficult to communicate across different divisions (eg. Quaker, Gatorade, Frito Lay) and limited mobility between the different consumer product groups.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to manage mid-level managers more effectively.
