career opportunities, global brand recognition, values, not very hierarchical

    Cons

    not very transparent performance review

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to employees in individual sessions in confidence more often, and provide mentorship to all, not just the "stars". Mentorship should be with a skip level leader, not only one's direct superior.

    Pros

Money, benefits, knew what to expect of the work that was tasked of you. Co workers were great people, even in a union environment. Overall it was a good job to have.

    Cons

None really. I worked graveyard so that's the only thing I can think of that was bad but I actually enjoyed it.

I have been working at PepsiCo full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Descent earnings for someone without a college degree. Good Benefits. Not stuck in a cubical.

    Cons

Hope you like working on holidays. Hope you like waking up at 3:30 am.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to recognize good talent when you have it, and stop living up to some 50/50 ideological split of college recruits and home grown talent. It will leave and you are going to be left with an unproven "rookie" to grow your business.
