    ConsLack of Management clarity. No proper plans of transforming people at the pace company is planning to transform. Still lot of old people in the organization who are not ready for change.

    - Good technology / product set to work with

    Cons- Entrenched senior management in India
    - HR does not have people priorities lacks accountability
    - Culture of sycophancy and incompetence
    - Lack of parity between technical and management ladder
    - Too much centralization of power

    Advice to Senior ManagementIndia operations should be well integrated with global organization with direct accountability of support functions. US management should take feedback from India employees directly without India management.

    ConsThey dont think about money when it comes to hiring.But yes when its about appraisal they might drive you crazy... as appraisals are directly proportional to how well you behaved like a donkey! They dont like smart people but prefer donkeys

    If you are joining at a level where you dont have any reporting relationship with top management, go for it! Else think twice
