    Good work life balance. Provide good trainings internally and externally.

    Cons

    Lack of Management clarity. No proper plans of transforming people at the pace company is planning to transform. Still lot of old people in the organization who are not ready for change.

    - Entrenched senior management in India
    - HR does not have people priorities lacks accountability
    - Culture of sycophancy and incompetence
    - Lack of parity between technical and management ladder
    - Too much centralization of power

    India operations should be well integrated with global organization with direct accountability of support functions. US management should take feedback from India employees directly without India management.

    HR policies are employee friendly

    work from home facility

    Cons

    They dont think about money when it comes to hiring.But yes when its about appraisal they might drive you crazy... as appraisals are directly proportional to how well you behaved like a donkey! They dont like smart people but prefer donkeys

    If you are joining at a level where you dont have any reporting relationship with top management, go for it! Else think twice

    Stop playing politics. Stop favouritism.
    Think rationally yet have you virtues in right place.
    work on retention by throwing better roles not money, start listening to people
    Be more respectful towards others and stop intimidating people
