I have been working at Pitney Bowes

    Pros

good culture and it depends on your team entirely, high individual responsibility due to small teams,

    Cons

lack of vision, weak sales negotiations, always following and not leading in any software initiatives,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

clear your mind and think about what the company really wants to do, the products need a drastic remodel and I think its clear at all levels. Many opportunities are not as rewarding for the company due to poor negotiation.
