Current Employee – been working at Pitney Bowes full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Company is starting to communicate much more. I like the transparency. Nice people to work with, generally helpful to get you going. Very solid products and solutions.
Cons – Very solid products and solutions but largely under-marketed. Due to revenue decline, job security and opportunities are limited. Slow in rolling out new products across the world.
Advice to Senior Management – Retain good talent before they jump ship. Like the new vision and culture.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Current Employee – been working at Pitney Bowes full-time for more than a year
Pros – Work life benefits since there is no quality work :). Sometimes VP India, HR try to make it a good place.
Cons – Company is run by managers, not by policies. No value of good work, You can grow if you have some one close in higher management, "Yes Sir" culture will work with you. Silent layoffs. Company hire talented people , soon they leave.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to make every connection as opportunity

Current Employee – been working at Pitney Bowes full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Easy work culture, Good work-life balance, Excellent guys in US technically who grooms guys in India.
Pretty Good salary for low-quality work.
(for Indians)US management is hell bent on spending dollars without bothering for quality.
At least 50% of managers work 20-25 hours a week and earn full salary, but not fault of theirs as they have hardly any work.
In India, Guys at the director level are hired and made to sit on bench for 6-8 months or do very very low stuff work.
Cons – Highly politicised. Top heavy. Company has hired too many guys and don't know what to do with them. Very low quality work.
you don't really need to work to earn good money.
Advice to Senior Management – Basic approach of Indian management is to con US management into doling out dollars (grants).
