    Pros

Don't know here to start- the super caring leaders, the amazing work life balance, the transparent culture, the intelligent people you work with...love everything about PB...They have the most unique pay structure- even with same package as my friends I get way more money in hand!

    Cons

The admin department has scope for improvement. Company should organize sports events for employees.

    Pros

Great place to work with some very great HR practices- amazing work life balance and great pay. A rare combination of a stable 90 year old Organiztion with a start-up feel to it. The leadership is genuinely interested in ensuring growth of employees. The plans for growth of India office are very inspiring. One of the rate Organizations where the MD personally gets involved in the key projects and the succession plan and growth of High Performers.

    Cons

Sadly, because of being in the B2B space, PB as a brand does not get the recognition it deserves. Given that its only 6 years old in India, some process need polishing, but then again, management is very open to feedback

    Pros

good culture and it depends on your team entirely, high individual responsibility due to small teams,

    Cons

lack of vision, weak sales negotiations, always following and not leading in any software initiatives,

    Advice to Management

clear your mind and think about what the company really wants to do, the products need a drastic remodel and I think its clear at all levels. Many opportunities are not as rewarding for the company due to poor negotiation.
