Why Pitney Bowes?!?! lets discuss

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Pitney Bowes full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGood work life balance
HR policies are employee friendly
Good opportunities
work from home facility

ConsThey dont think about money when it comes to hiring. But yes when its about appraisal they might drive you crazy... as appraisals are directly proportional to how well you behaved like a donkey! They dont like smart people but prefer donkeys

If you are joining at a level where you dont have any reporting relationship with top management, go for it! Else think twice

Advice to Senior ManagementStop playing politics. Stop favouritism.
Think rationally yet have you virtues in right place.
work on retention by throwing better roles not money, start listening to people
Be more respectful towards others and stop intimidating people
