    Friendly and professional environment full on challenges that helps to grow as person and professionaly.

    Too many extra hours and not the according monetary compensation package.

    One of the best places to start a career in Portugal with their PT Trainees program. They keep you updated with the latest techs and tools. Salary is OK

    As like most big corporations, it may not be easy to progress in the hierarchy.

    Nice management team and willing to listen to MBA students

    Cons

    Operations was more limited in Portugal. Less footprint compares with other EU telecoms

    Pros

    Stable company, strong management, lots of work and projects going at the same time makes it an interesting place to work.

    Cons

    Sometimes its hard to change people from old habits because the incumbent, state owned telecom provider still rings a bell to some employees, mostly older ones

    Keep up with the good work, make portugal telecom a market force together with Oi and dont forget of the people that pull all the levers and push all the buttons

    Pros

    Lots of skilled people and many interesting projects, which makes for an exciting workplace and great learning opportunity, especially for new workers. Merger with Brasil based Oi will likely bring new opportunities for career development.

    Cons

    Crisis in Portugal doesn't allow for the best effort / reward combination at the moment.

    Work hard to make the merger with Oi a complete success for both sides!
