    Incompetent Leadership

Scientist (Former Employee) Tarrytown, NY (US)

ProsReasonable benefits, summer hours, low expectations make it easy to succeed internally

ConsHorrible senior leadership who never learn from their mistakes. Incompetent decision-making at the top, particularly in R&D. Communication only as a last resort and usually by email or group meeting. Bad news is never given one on one. Unprofessional in every sense of the word. Moral is terrible there and they don't care. Human resources is the worst I have ever experienced.

Advice to Senior ManagementQuit and let someone competent try to save that company

ConsLack of recognition for efforts and poor pay for junior-level employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementAppreciate all your staff, especially junior members!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
