Cons – Working from home is still not popular in India so may face so many irritating questions aout the job from outsiders

Pros – 1. This company gives you the opportunity to take on additional responsibility on your initiative and when successful gives you a position in keeping with the responsibility.
2. Flat Structure allows easy upward communication
3. Small Company allows for "Family" environment

Cons – 1. Small Company, Bad Economy - money is tight...
2. Not a lot of support that one takes for granted in Big Companies.
3. Benefits dont give as much bang for the buck in small company as in big company.

Pros – Pleasant place to work. I enjoy the virtual enviornment. Team is excellent -- a very smart group of people who really know what they are doing. Fair treatment.

Cons – Virtual environment, which i like, can be isolating.
