I worked at Prudential plc
Pros – It's a relaxed work environment and leaves you good time to focus on your other career plans - particularly continuing education. Plus the company provides good support for Actuarial education.
Cons – The career growth is rather slow and rigid.
Advice to Senior Management – There should be a market competitive study support for Actuarial.

I worked at Prudential plc full-time for more than a year
Pros – I'll say it first. If you are have to choose a career in insurance... it's objectively one of the best choices, this coming from someone who greatly dislikes the industry. That said, their products are costly, meaning often you find yourself selling a suboptimal package from a purely cost perspective

Builds confidence in people to high pressure
Training and pressure allows you to build strong bonds which may be the main thing that stops people in the industry from leaving
Cons – The job does not discriminate between working and off-work hours
A sense that you are exploiting your friends
A strong draw to push aside your morals
Advice to Senior Management – Checks and balances + KPIs directly on the quality of sales culture being developed
