Pros – Work with the best people in the industry, salary way ahead of industry standards, good work life balance, excellent work culture.
Cons – Growing only in limited and specific areas, need a more aggressive approach.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire best in standard consultants and strategic level managers instead of promoting operational managers to strategic planning.

Coworkers are very supportive
Practices are employee friendly
Place where Work Life Balance would be available
Voice of the junior is also considered before any decision is taken
Cons – Salary is lesser than the competition
Appraisal cycle is 6 monthly, however final appraisal happens only once. Without any feedback it is often difficult to gauge the performance.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide feedback on performance on regular basis

Pros – ONLY the name PwC....................What else ?
Cons – Poor Management, terrible work culture, It is good to have business or work but they make 1 person does the work for two. 12 hours work schedule is common. Weekends, weekoffs..please keep your social life aside when you join this co.They Talk about work life balance.. unfortunately that's what it's missing here. Food, Beverages ..employee facilities are no where.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep sufficient manpower when you have the work volume.

You get to working different types of project.
One can earn a diverse set of experience.
Exhaustive one.
Expense approval is not a problem.
Leave can be easily sorted out.
Cons – poor pay master.

Pros – One of the best brands with some of the best people. Great work-life balance. Opportunity to travel to various locations.
Cons – Compensation and benefits are not up to the mark. In fact even when PwC did way better than their competitors their bonus stayed at par with them.

Pros – 1. Awesome peers and very helping, encouraging attitude
2. Work culture is awesome
3. Even in high work loads, time passes by working in teams in the air.
4. Working with different Clients gives tons of opportunities for growth and helps build relationship with client, also gives an overview about how business is done across industries.
Cons – 1. Depends a lot on your client
2. Depends a lot on your SBU
Advice to Senior Management – More transparency before joining was missing and is essential.
