I have been working at PwC full-time for more than a year

    Pros

No Pros at all to think of except you will be free all the time :)

Join here only if you want to end your career here with no work and growth at all , as they don have any work really.

    Cons

Ah now coming to the CONS the list is huge :

    - Management is worst , no process at all you have to run behind people for everything and they treat you very badly especially HR.

    - They advertise themselves as PwC but not even one PwC policy is implemented and the entire culture is of Baring Point consultancy which was a junk company about to close and PwC acquired it.Though PwC acquired it, it is still being manged by baring point folks and it has its own HR and other policies which suck (Not PwC policies.).There is nothing PwC in PwC SDC except the name which they keep shouting brand brand brand.

    - SDC acts a very cheap offshore team for PwC USA which throws JUNK documentation work or some minute works to be done , apart from that there is no work going on here at all and I am getting frustrated day by day.

-They are cheats, I see many people being recruited even now I am writing this review for them, ppl pls dont join here and spoil your career.

-Don't ignore this review - I did the same mistake and joined and I am repenting now.

-The directors - they are a laughing stock many of them don't know to even communicate properly in english.According to them you should work on anything then only you will grow.Complete idiots who miss manage resources.

    - You will be recruited for some technology but you will never work on that technology except for some small tiny works, rest of the time they will use you for some junk works like documentation , data entry and testing.Believe me many good developers are doing this sorta work here.

    - Projects ? there are no projects here at all, All projects run in the USA and they will throw small tiny non challenging monotonous work here which will be our project! sorry sorry Task !

    - Technology wise they don't know anything at all , they don't know the market because they can never get project themselves, that is there model : PwC US get projects , throws some junk work to PwC SDC bangalore. PwC SDC Bangalore can by itself cannot find projects , that is there working model.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing to SDC management , you guys suck.Would you do this to your own sons and daughters careers ? Stop cheating people !

To PwC USA please change the SDC management and work culture , its really horrible and please change your operational model and send quality work off shore Indians are not just cheap resources they are talented as well.

I have been working at PwC full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The brand name that the firm provides, along with the responsibility that you are subjected to is thrilling. You are made an integral part of the project from the beginning, irrespective of your designation. If you manage to get a good team, you don't feel like slogging out. There are a number of recreational activities like quizzes, football matches, debates and frequent trips organised by the firm. The leadership is very accessible and you may reach out to them with your personal concerns/issues/feedback.

    Cons

You are encouraged to work harder to grow more, but you are pulled back from diversifying across LoS or projects. You may not be trained for the work that you are exposed to, especially if you are a campus hire. The compensation is less when compared to the amount of effort one has to put in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More of training sessions, along with better hikes and ratings at the end of the year will be very much appreciated. Every employee should get to choose a project, according to his/her interests and capability and not the other way round. Exceptional work should be acknowledged.
