    Pros

Systems are in place for every procedure.
Good for college graduates and top management

    Cons

    -Poor work culture .
-Stingy managers/partners (had to book longer multiple stop flight just because it was Rs. 330 cheaper
    - With no planned growth path, one is often at the mercy of one's bosses in terms of career movement.
    - Unorganized and unplanned work.

    Advice to Management

Promote only those who are capable, stop the culture of nepotism.
Forcing resources work for average 16 hours or more and asking to record only 8 hours is simply outrageous
Be more sensitive to employee issues
Times have rapidly changed in the last decade and is very very different from when you were mid level managers. So, unfortunately, the directives and advice from the top management often seem outdated and out-of-sync

    Pros

Its the brand for which folks like to be here.
Good if you are looking at job profile that requires auditing
    Wide pool of talent

    Cons

There is no universal policy, so policy may be different depending on designation
Does not have quality SAP related project in India, by far less in comparison to IT giants like IBM, TCS, Accenture
There is nothing as work life balance; while induction you might here about these mere words but if you are a family oriented person this is not the place to venture
Extended amount of stay in small cities away from families which may lead to months
Award recognition program is highly manipulative with no transparancy, nepotism is rampant

    Advice to Management

Just because the firm hires gradutates from prestigious B-Schools does not warrant that folks will deliver; respect experienced resources who are coming from other companies otherwise you will lose more business over the period of time. Provide good work life balance. Making resources work for average 14 hours is simply outrageous & legal offense. Promote those only those who are only capable, stop the culture of nepotism.
