ProsThe worst place for Professionals. Working life like a labor. All managers TL's are illiterate. Salary Hike was 2% for all employees.

It was good learning in the beginning but later was a same daily routine with nothing to learn and no scope for growth

ProsNo more work pressure, timely in and out, open door policy, proper leave policies, no overtime required, proper cab facilities.

ConsNo good pay, no growth, no heirerchy, no proper management and no recognition, no performance measurement system, no learning, caters to the content of the org not the intent, time based work and not quantity/qualiity based.

Work & culture varies with the team, more than 97% of folks work in BPO services.

Can study lot

ConsAlmost no hierarchical growth.

Lots of work politics.

Narrow minded senior management.

Advice to Senior ManagementProfessionalism should be in your activities - it should not be just in words and papers.

Stop biased approach towards employees.

Have some time to hear employees' concerns and don't take action by just hearing respective managers.
