Pros – Job security, ontime payout (very satisfied), great management, friendly bosses, training, great facility management, transportation
Cons – Old policies, not upgrading to latest technologies soon, tight security (irritatng), biased approach on employees (entry access, mobile phones, meeting venues), can't have food/drinks on production floor.
Advice to Senior Management – Please revise policies and upgrade technology to the latest, allow all employees to take mobile phones with them, allow all employees to have food/drinks while working (this makes work some more interesting), stop biased approach to employees during appraisals...
