    Pros

    Great leadership from the top down. If you get work done on time you never hear from corporate. I received 3 weeks vacation right from the start and two bonuses a year by achieving my metrics.

    Cons

    In my area (Montana) there was a lot of traveling because of servicing kiosks that were so far apart that you did put in some long days and even weeks. Especially during the winter months.

    Advice to Management

    Had a very good rapport with management, very approachable and helped to resolve any difficulties that you faced on the job.

    Pros

    Redbox was the most fun I have ever had at a job! Every day was a good time. The work was challenging but meaningful.

    Cons

    They had a great chance to get into streaming and compete with Netflix, but senior leadership made a mess of things.

    Advice to Management

    The best thing management could do is sell the company to someone that will take proper care of it. Outerwall made a real mess of things.

    Pros

    in the beginning redbox was all about it's employees AND making money!

    Cons

    When the Co. went public the employees became "consumables"... micromanagement by people whom hadn't a clue what really happened where the rubber hit the road... policies began to change daily and we managing the field were expected to take ownership of things that made no sense and killed morale and productivity...

    Advice to Management

    It hard to give advise to folks whom aren't interested in listening..

    Pros

    Work basically when you want. Easy job. If you love watching movies it's cool. Great team. Never a dull day. You never sit in one place for long

    Cons

    Use your own car.
    I think the pay could be a little more considering all the extra tasks they have use do. Corporate doesn't give a lot of notice on projects. So no time for planning

    Experiencing growing pains, which has caused a lot of the great things about this company to be strangled.

    Pros

    Good Benefits, Good people who care about you and the job. Flex hours. Casual environment.

    Cons

    Long hours/ travel. Business outlook over the next 5 years is questionable without new lines being integrated to core operations.

    Pros

    Great place to work if the team chemistry is there. Open door policy between employees and management. Great place to earn some income.

    Cons

    Supervisors that do not connect with their team. It creates a volatile work environment. It also drops the morale of the team. Hectic, unpredictable schedule. More work for less money.

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to your employees more. Some of them have great ideas. Also, field teams are getting stretched to their limits. Pay attention to supervisors whose numbers are too good to be true. They may be doing things to achieve the numbers but not following the company values.

    Pros

    Very casual dress code, PTO policy, and benefits are good. Most co-workers are friendly and willing to help each other out

    Cons

    Horrible communication with employees. You would find out from a customer about a site wide issue before internally.
