Cons – Due to Some wrong decision taken by the top management, HR has given VRS around 200 employees..

Advice to Senior Management – VRS to 200 Reebok India employees was not the right decision

Advice to Senior Management – Human being makes mistakes doesn't mean sack the employee...as well as they must check the payout/vouchers/incentives is exactly given actually to the employees. They should have shift timings

Cons – Large turnover of people and shuffling of responsibilities and seating locations within the building and business units. A lot of politics. Keeps a lot of people on edge.
