    Pros

The Franchise concept is good, product is good and schemes are worth full.

    Cons

The company is paying good amount to franchise employer, but actually its not reaching to them

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They expect to compete with lululemon and Nike, but they offer an inferior product at the same price. They have at least 3 different manufacturing locations in Asia and they are all made differently and fit differently. They seem to think they can swim with the big fish, when really they are just stuck at the bottom of the ocean!
