Current Employee – been working at Responsys full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Responsys is the greatest place to work and there is nothing that beats our award winning Interact and our New School Marketing. We are the best there is that our stock symbol is MKTG and we have such a large pool of applicants from the second league competition.
Nothing can stop our enthusiastic team of Customer Success Managers, our innovative internal strategists and most of all our Sales guys that always bring results and always on the call of duty!
Cons – I wish we had better coffee.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work! Don't believe the stock price

Current Employee – been working at Responsys full-time for less than a year
Pros – I have been with Responsys for 3 weeks now and I am very happy. Both my manager and my director were in constant contact with me even before I even started my position. This was nice and helped me feel comfortable coming in on my first day. My manager and team has been very attentive and answered all my questions about the material. I am very excited to continue to pursue my career here at Responsys.
Cons – I think that the on boarding handbook could use some fine tuning but aside from that I thought the on boarding has been great
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
