“Fast-paced job at a 3-year old start up.”
Current Employee – been working at Ryan Specialty full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Building corporate function over the past 3 years, get exposure to senior level executives, gaining experience in all aspects of corporate functions.
Cons – Fast-paced work environment does not work well for those who need constant oversight. Team members need to be able to act quickly and make decisions with little supervision.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
