    Pros

    1. Calm company, Retail so IT will not have much work to do
2.with out work, you can read more in company
    3. you can play TT for hours
    4. You can learn your area of tools or subject from scratch, Learn more

    Cons

    1. No work expansions or growth in work, you will be doing same thing for years
    2. Management is kind of Local, Managers will be doing Micro Management
    3. Developing only one person in team that to like local regions.
    4. Not even good food
    5. Transport is horrible, you have to pay for it and you will get worse service

    Advice to Management

There is feel that, Managers are more dominant, and they don't have experience to manage people in smooth way. Every where problems will be there, how ever Manager needs to avoid developing only one person in team. they should develop everyone in the team,

    Pros

GREAT, SMART PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. Really enjoy the camaraderie on our team.....however not always hunky dory across company.....

    Cons

Good, not GREAT benefits, no 401k match (maybe this year tho), no raises for a while during the darker days. Management needs to make sure all units are working together toward same goals (office teams.....). Often right hand gets blindsided by the left hand.....no one knows what other groups are doing. However....tremendous potential for the future of this business.

    Advice to Management

Stay on current course, invest in new systems

    Pros

Smart people and extremely knowledgeable on the industry.

    Cons

Lack of process, too many layers to make decisions and too much change at the C-suite level.

  10. Watched them cut every possible benefit so they could reinstate ridiculous bonuses for top management.

    Pros

They still offer a better than average vacation time. Customer service is BTB so customers are easy to work with.

    Cons

Constant change, instability, extremely demanding standards, management expects workers to work OT to cover their lack of staffing, revolving door upper management always micromanaging and fishing for improved results with no real clue what they are doing or the true impact of their changes.

    Advice to Management

Middle & lower management: Jump ship; corp doesn't care about you anymore than the rest of us.

Upper management: Stop paying huge bonuses to the fools running your company into the ground and restore basic benefits to workers.

    Pros

Great pay because of the union contract in place giving workers an opportunity for raises. Raises were given every 500 hours so the more you work the more raises given

    Cons

This company uses part time labor to fill hours so they don't have to pay benefits.Preference given to full-time union workers because of their seniority.Basically you have to work there 2 to 3 years if you expect a full-time position to open up.

    Advice to Management

Managers need to show part time workers more respect by valuing their contribution to the company.Part time workers would stay with the company longer if they at least has an opportunity for benefits.
