A good place to work at ...

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsWork on challenging business problems using some of the leading technologies in the market place.
One of the market leaders in the space they operate; in the top 3 slots is most of the areas they compete in.
Good work culture with work - life balance
Open management style: leaders who have moved back from the US a big plus

ConsNot as nimble in adopting change.
Need to simplify their organization structure; not aligned with the areas they service resulting in too many unnecessary hurdles in getting work completed and delivered.
As a a technology company, need to be more technology focussed

Advice to Senior ManagementSimplify the organization structure on the lines of product / customer deliverables. Current structure m ore of a hurdle than a facilitator.

Create technology evangelism in the company where employees are aware, try out and quickly adopt to new technologies.

Worst place to work at for senior employees

Senior Software Developer (Former Employee) Bangalore

ProsDont know if this should be called a pro but work hours are really messed (called flexible working hours).
One person comes at 8 AM other at 12 PM and other at 6 AM.

ConsOutdated technologies, messed up work culture, unorganized work environment, absolutely no role for senior employees, layoffs (became worst from 2013 and is still going on), no future once you work in travel domain (not many companies to move to)

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
