I have been working at SanDisk full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good company values. Company gives importance to work balance. Salary and RSUs are good. If it is a right team, the work will be really interesting.
Cons – After few years working in a group its hard to learn any thing new or the job gets less challenging more often .
Management is not really keen in training the employees for improving their skills .
Too many changes in the organisation.
Hard to move between groups
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure the employee is happy with his or her work. That is what actually push them to move out.

Pros – Good management concern for employees. Great company communications. Excellent benefits package. Reasonable time-off allowance.
Cons – Nothing remarkable. The company expectations of employees are reaonsable and straight-forward. Business outlook fluctuates with the economy but that is not unusual.

I worked at SanDisk full-time for less than a year
Pros – - You make your own hours
- Traveled to California HQ for in depth training
- No Micromangement - supervisors are based in California
- Excellent pay for an Internship program + embursed for travel expenses (gas, car insurance)
- Great Experience and helped me get an amazing job after graduation
Cons – - Worked alone and out of the house: must be a self starter/motivated or you won't be succussful
- Weren't always given much direction
- No Feedback on performance until my exit interview
- One of MANY (about 50 nationwide) interns - makes it difficult to continue with the company after graduation.
Advice to Senior Management – give a little more direction because the interns work remotely and give feedback throughout the internship, not just in the exit interview. This is a great opportunity for college students and I hope the program contunues
