Current Employee – been working at Sanger Institute full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Very pleasant campus, nice academic feel, excellent facilities, great people. Nice place for a short stint.
Cons – No career prospects, relatively poor salaries, managers who mostly don't want to be managers but have been promoted outside of their areas of expertise. The Peter Principle very much applies here.
