    BIG money and that's it

    AMAZING, high end training schools where you get to learn a lot meet a lot of fun people. And, make great friends
    Personal growth in terms of crisis management, ownership and responsibility (even for things you are not responsible for, oh yeah!).
    Can get admitted to good B-schools

    ConsNo major addition to your profile, provided you want to move out of Oil & Gas sector
    Very few exit options
    Monkey job
    No work life balance, barely any social life other than the SLB social gatherings
    HIGH level of unpredictability in life, you never know where you are gonna be the next moment. Be it your sibling's marriage or maybe your own!

    Schlumberger the best service company to start

    Prosbeing professional company with global attitude, and growing team work, and teaching commitment and delivering the best performance, and very sophisticated management

    Consthere is no work/life balance in almost all service companies in the world but in this case Schlumberger is worst of all, which makes almost not possible to be with your family and raise one
