    Pros

    Great learning opportunities. U get to learn a lot in a short span of time. But the growth is slow
    Free to take decision
    fast tract project allocation

    Cons

    Most of the times you stay back if yor are into R&D. The management does not considers employees issues
    late working hours without any incentives
    pressure from management to complete invincible targets
    low salaries for working 14 hours a day
    no time to relax and rejuvenate the mind , continuous pressure for almost round the year

    Take care of emploees
    review the salaries
    Groom the upper management.they are not humane
    Fix the late working hours

    Work life balance, Europe company less pressure, good pay compared to service based companies, PT - long term travel opportunities but u shud b lucky..

    Cons

    technology stagnant, management need to be improved, politics, travel opportunities less for developers ( depends on project), not very dynamic in technology adaption.

    Make standard rules for promotions n Hike.. so many ppl feel differences with same level employee grades. Work life balance is key for ppl to stay there don't alter that too much so that ppl will stay there for longer period.
