Training calenders are designed according the bridge the gap and improve on deliverable. This is how Schneider is able to leverage better efficiencies at all levels.

Cons – Company needs to understand local culture and set up proper organization structure. Following European norms may not work sometimes. Also need to recognize talents and empower them for delivering more than what an average employee can do.

As a fresher I joined Schneider and I got to learn a lot on the technology side as well as on building automation domain. There is good work life balance.

Cons – Schneider electric is not perfect. Salary is not that competitive, Usually it is little less than the market value, but this done on purpose so that people are not laid off during tough situations.
Lunch is given but it is not good :)
