Pros – Company Shares best practices,and transparent in communication.Skills & competency mapping is done to find the gap between the job profile and present skill levels. Training calenders are designed according the bridge the gap and improve on deliverable. This is how Schneider is able to leverage better efficiencies at all levels.
Cons – Company needs to understand local culture and set up proper organization structure. Following European norms may not work sometimes. Also need to recognize talents and empower them for delivering more than what an average employee can do.
Advice to Senior Management – They shall demonstrate team work to middle management and lower management employees

Supportive superiors and good learning curve.
Lot of non-project activities to keep lateral thinking alive.
Cons – Work life balance needs some polishing.

Pros – Good team, Good manager, Good projects.
As a fresher I joined Schneider and I got to learn a lot on the technology side as well as on building automation domain. There is good work life balance.
Cons – Schneider electric is not perfect. Salary is not that competitive, Usually it is little less than the market value, but this done on purpose so that people are not laid off during tough situations.
Lunch is given but it is not good :)
Advice to Senior Management – Improve the quality of lunch provided. Try to match the salary given with the market value.

Cons – The managers act as if they are paying employees from their pockets. Negligible growth in terms of salary
