Cons – No communications between manager and employees whatsoever. They expect you to be perfect and to meet all the requirements but they never do.
Never meet their promises
you supposed to get a raised after probation... (after a year never got it)

Cons – Management overhead at the Head Office is growing. Regular employees carry more tasks for less pay.

Good store discount of 30%, but promotions and sales can be better.
Good health programs to support care to patients.

Cons – For busy stores, there is not enough staff to fill prescriptions quickly which translated into long wait-times for customers.
No access to all internet health resources.

Cons – - No future, no get any higher position.

Pros – work with great people that have to work their asses off.

Cons – Not enough cashiers which causes long lineups, i remember when u had to call for a cashier when there was more that 3 in the line. Also since the store went public, hours have been cut and to much work is given to the employees that are on duty.
