Pros – good hr policies and clarity of role

Cons – location is not good though

Will be able to learn and will get get most of the preferred off's

Cons – Pay Package will be less compared to any company.
Still using Old systems , headsets, and chairs
.NO dedicated Bay or Pods ,

Pros – Ambiance, Very friendly colleagues, nice place to work, Very good as a whole.

Cons – Food sucks,Pay scale and hike is like the bread scrums. Suitable for Freshers.

Advice to Senior Management – Redesign your metrics, please come to 2013 year to live don't still live in 2000's in respect of pay scale. :)

Cons – no employee centered steps , lack of visibility in managerial hierarchy and lot of blame game when something does go wrong among the senior management and bad pay master

Pros – Organized, Planned, Goal oriented, Good transportation and Hospitatlity. Very good environment. Nice location of Company.

Cons – Moderate growth. Learning is moderate. Quality professionals are not upto the mark. It takes more time to climb up the next level.

Pros – The infrastructure improved quite a lot during my tenure, Less work pressure compared to other companies, salary & incentives were also not bad

Cons – No Management systems in place, Too many client rules get broken by top management for profit generation because of which usually most employees are asked to resign when the client discovers the anomalies. This practice occurs with alarming regularity.

Advice to Senior Management – The top management in Sitel India is getting away with too many sins at the cost of the employees.
