    Pros

    Salary, Benefits reasonable adjustments for home life and good communication within the team.

    Cons

    A very large company of small units kept together by computer. Often main company does not have any understanding of the units it is using and has a one size fits all mentality. Can miss training for other issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Advice would be to listen to the units more carefully. Add more training Go back to carrying extra managers to fill in positions.

    Pros

    Very knowledgeable GM, allowed me to really explore what I wanted to within my account.

    Cons

    Not a great fit if you want a very structured program, other than that it was great.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Maybe have a bit more structured program, particularly some guidelines of what the outcomes of the internship are for the student/manager. Give the GM a little bit of training before the intern arrives.

    Great benefits with employees who really care about their work. Management was very clear about steps for advancement.

    Cons

    There seems to be some redundancies with regard to job functions and titles which made it difficult at times to work efficiently.

    Pros

    Sodexo was a nice place to work. The co workers were friendly and helpful. The hours were wonderful.... early morning to early afternoon, which left the rest off my day free. The position was not stressful. They had hot food which was good and we were always able to eat after a shift. The pay was decent and we were always paid on time.

    Cons

    The benefits were not that great and advancement didn't seem likely. There was heavy lifting for some types of work.

    Offer health benefits that are actually useful and affordable.

    It can be a rewarding job. It is possible to learn and develop job skills.

    Cons

    The work is stressful and the working conditions harsh. It is difficult to get time off and sometimes working split-shifts is necessary. Trying to know what to do when you get three different directions from multiple bosses can be annoying,

    Benefits, check clears every two weeks....

    Cons

    Contract services is an extremely difficult environment, if it is fast paced and comes with a demanding client...it can be overwhelming. I found many of my peers struggling daily.

    Talk the talk...and walk the walk. Follow the company policies as they are written by the company...
    Please do not try to re-write them...or change them...or read more into them than the state.
    Most of the policies are based on laws....
