    Pros

    Very knowledgeable GM, allowed me to really explore what I wanted to within my account.

    Cons

    Not a great fit if you want a very structured program, other than that it was great.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Maybe have a bit more structured program, particularly some guidelines of what the outcomes of the internship are for the student/manager. Give the GM a little bit of training before the intern arrives.

    Great benefits with employees who really care about their work. Management was very clear about steps for advancement.

    Cons

    There seems to be some redundancies with regard to job functions and titles which made it difficult at times to work efficiently.

    Pros

    Big company, good opportunity to get training and learn. Excellent training resources for Managers.

    Cons

    Terrible environment to work at in the Laundry component. No quality of life, very abusive environment. In spite of the trainings available the upper Management do not practice what they preach.

    Start utilizing the excellent trainings available as corporate, and put them in practice!!!

    Great work life balence (sometimes)

    Leardership from managment is hit or miss
    Clients can cancel accounts at any time which means you will be jobless
    Staff may not be open to a management company telling them what to do
    Must move around alot
    The company touts innovative solutions but uses crappy products

    Pros

    Flexibility with the job. Work from home when not at accounts and 3 weeks vacation time.

    Cons

    Job was not what they "pitched" to me. Very Very Corporate. They do not understand that not all marketing campaigns will work at all accounts. Behind the times on technology and digital marketing. A lot of "paper pushing" and last minute changes. 99% numbers focused. One person doing the job of 5. Burning out very quickly. No support and very negative on marketing role.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have new employees go to training at corporate before they start to understand the company. Be honest in the interview process in regards to role. Be more supportive to new employees. Very hard learning the culture when you have to figure it all out and have no one to point you in the right direction.

    Feed employees..Really a good job if you are a college or high school student looking to make some extra money

    Cons

    Food Service, so it really doesn't pay much. Wouldn't consider this as a career job.
