    ConsPoor Talent Management. Poor Culture, In fighting between Sales, Credit and Collections. Political. No real strategy to dominate in the market. Leadership cocooned within UK rather than the emerging markets

    Advice to Senior ManagementLeadership is a challenge in India. Most leaders come with a 2 year horizon so the vision for the bank is reset every 2 years and hence has no real strategic value

    ConsSalaries are not at all based on performance but based on your level in the organization. Awards make up for salary. Business units goals are not aligned with management goals.
