    Company was good to work for

    ProsAllowed to work without micromanagement. Good family/work balance. Compensation was very good. Benefits were very good. Work atmosphere was excellent.

    ConsSenior management i our division was not skilled enough for their positions. Anonymous in-house surveys were not actually anonymous and senior management did a poor job of trying to fool employees into thinking they were anonymous.

    ProsThe corporate culture nationwide has been very employee friendly, which is not the norm in the building industry.

    ConsIf you don't want to work weekends don't bother. Turnover within the industry is very high in large part due to the hours required.
