    Pros

The people are great and oter departments besides the Accounting were really fun.

    Cons

Some managers are not out for you, they dont care if you have to stay until 9pm everyday (arriving at 8 or 7am) to get extra work done. Work load and expectaions are unrealistic ( In accounting department.

    Pros

Senior management i our division was not skilled enough for their positions. Anonymous in-house surveys were not actually anonymous and senior management did a poor job of trying to fool employees into thinking they were anonymous.

I have been working at Standard Pacific

    Pros

The corporate culture nationwide has been very employee friendly, which is not the norm in the building industry.

    Cons

If you don't want to work weekends don't bother. Turnover within the industry is very high in large part due to the hours required.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be considerate of employee's days off. There aren't many as is.
