Current Employee – been working at SuccessFactors full-time for more than a year
Pros – Has a very good and informal work culture. This is in engineering and I am not sure, if this is the same in other groups. The product development life cycle is structured such that it works like clock work. Come hell or high water, releases happen on time.
Cons – Very hectic in some product groups. The product development life cycle is structured such that, there is hardly any time left from one release to another release
Advice to Senior Management – Continue with the small company culture, even after the integration with SAP

Current Employee – been working at SuccessFactors
Pros – Nice place to work for as a fresher, good exposure. Very nice people to work with. Lot of things to learn and share.
Cons – Very customer centric approach, technological decisions and implementations could be better as current technology stack is growing too fast and we need to catch up with that.

Current Employee – been working at SuccessFactors
Pros – some of the best people are here that you would like to work with. The company is ideal for a person who loves to face challenges all the time and who is a self-starter.
Cons – It has its own downside but given time, it can improve. Things are changing and changing for good.
Work life and personal life balance is definitely affected but it is upon each individual to manage that.
Advice to Senior Management – Define career growth better and start guiding early. Programs need to be initiated to let us know why we are here and why we should be here for years to come. how we affect company and what company thinks about us and our carer growth and interest
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
