    Pros

If you are looking for a company with Great work life Balance this is the place to be. It is a captive unit so dont compare it to service industries. You would have to work as Individual Contributor.Great HR policies.Great Flexibity.Good Fun activities at work.Good Client interaction. You need to have great comm skills to prove yourself here as you are at your own.Expect good hikes if you do well.

    Cons

    Learning curve is average.
Dont expect long term oniste as they have opened captive units to save costs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management should see that there are less Delivery/Resource Managers and more people who do the real work.

I worked at Sun Life full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Overall the org offers opportunities until band 6... fairly straightforward work where an average person should be able to do work and be successful.
Senior management has built a listening organization... which is good.

    Cons

Most benefits are for leadership team. LT can get away from anything very easily. Managers would pick and choose the feedback and manipulate them to their advantage.
Travel policies are not in line with global benchmarks. Parent company shows interest to get work done, but doesn't bother much about the day to day nuances and execution... they are usually impressed well by the leadership team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please have consistency in reviews and processes across organization at India.

    Pros

Great office space, good free food and cabs. Many job openings.

    Cons

Unprofesssional greedy Recruitment team in Gurgaon, give preference to resume sent by recruitment consultants. They manage typing test and aptitude test by wrong scoring.
IJP always predecided, they work with manager and directors to promote only a selective few employees. For rest the give gyan on policies and experience.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look into the recruitment process and most importantly recruiters integrity. Major compliance problem.
