Pros – excellent work life balance. Sun Life Knows how to treat the employees. If You are in mid thirties you can spend your remaining life here.

Cons – Very little growth. Resource management. If you are ambitious, dont join SLF.

Cons – Working from India is very difficult as the Canadian counterparts are not forthcoming in accomodating meetings at IST, Bad Management as everything depends on the Managers and they can make or break your career. Lots of favouritism
