Pros – Work culture...work culture...work culture. Its the best place to work in terms of work culture.

Cons – Bangalore office has less influence overall. Most of the projects driven by US folks.

Pros – It used to be an engineering company with great talents and you will get chance to prove yourself. and if you can prove then you certainly will be recognized.

Cons – Management is bit slow in taking decision. At India, instead of propagating the information and suggesting right things to to senior management, they usually tend to be in the receive mode only.

Advice to Senior Management – I am not sure what is going on now after acquisition of Oracle. After acquisition, I hope it is going on better than what it used to be.

Advice to Senior Management – I wish Sun till existed and wasn't sold away. I hope the Sun culture is still preserved after the transition to Oracle.
