Very poor Training function Sr Management leadership

Lack of Team work overall to work through Challenged projects

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Ensure Management Employees have a work life balance
    2. Compensation is poor if Manager is hired for Indian Domestic projects
    3. Stream line Infrastructure for taking Approvals on IT | Other Required things to run the function effectively. e.g. L4.5 should be authorized to give approvals for Employee Attendance/Leave approvals.
    4. Ensure Managers (L4 and above) who handle more than 1 Sites are issued Laptops on the day of Joining
    5. Exit Interview analysis to be done and ex-employees to be called to validate the details shared on the Exit interview. If the employee was dissat - inform employees on the takeaways and if there was a serious concern, investigate, hold people accountable and re-hire the employee at 40-50% hike to show that you value the people and understand they would quit if the Management handled the issues more effectively during their employement
