Cons – You will have to work night shift which is one of the worst thing that one can do and next is the weekly off that you get which completely depend on your mendor
Advice to Senior Management – It will be better if you can improve the cab facility

Pros – Excellent sense of ownership imparted by senior leadership. Great place to learn about all aspects of BPO business. Initiatives are recognised and rewarded.
Cons – Internal lateral movements to different programs\functions\logos difficult due to different program working in their own Silos.
Advice to Senior Management – Break the program Silos to get access to larger talent pool which is stuck in some programs.

Pros – People and the account matters your growth. After a certain point if you are not competitive in terms of reasoning, certification etc. you can see stagnancy
Cons – Salary is not at par. forget weekends

Pros – It is The Best learning place before jumping into great company. idle for freshers
Cons – A work shift that runs through the early morning hours, typically covering the period between midnight and 8 a.m. it will be Horrible when you work in huge call volume process.
Advice to Senior Management – if company come forward with some refreshment (tea ,coffee etc) from the employes (at least) for those who are working in graveyard shifts.

Pros – Good top management....If u get into tech support u can gain some knowledge about it or else its waste
Cons – Work pressure .. No auxs when calls are abundent.. Employess will be slave dogs ... Worst nightmare for a fresher.. Top management is good but rest of the people like supervisors and team lead are worst... They tend to suck out every single drop of blood from your body and you will be left with no other option rather than quittting the company
Advice to Senior Management – pls educate your mid level managers about some ethics

Advice to Senior Management – Provide atleast secure transport services for females. They work in US timings in India but the transport facility is a big hamper

Pros – Good process to work with however less opportunity for growth only good for beginners or very experienced professionals as work load was very less .
Cons – Horrible shifts for Chat support.
Advice to Senior Management – Need better shift management and better pay for Chat associates
