Pros – Great working environment. Encourages and supports employee engagement.
Provides lots of onsite opportunities.
Resonably Good People to work with (Although depends on the account/vertical you work at)
Cons – expects employees to work hard and not smart.
Lack of transparency

Pros – Nice work life balance,Good onsite opportunities,good transport facilities, For an entry level person, if you show dedication and work hard,you will grow.
Cons – Compensation is not as per the market standards for freshers and yearly appraisals are also not good for freshers which makes financial growth difficult.
Advice to Senior Management – Internal Training which is conducted every month should focus on newer technologies.Current training focuses on old technologies and the calender keeps on repeating.

Pros – As long as you can create strategic relationships. The target based incetive plans for senior executives
Cons – Redtape, incompetent home grown leadership, a feeble support system
