Pros – Great people, good benefits, good career advancement opportunities, great location, free parking (for now), great salaries.
Cons – T-Mobile is extremely unstable right now. Unknown future, lots of business strategy and organizational changes, rumors of future layoffs, rumors of future relocation to Texas.

Pros – Good company overall. They do try and promote those who produce results. Some politics, but that's to be expected anywhere in the Corporate realm.
Cons – Company suffered from lack of clear strategy/vision/direction which came from the executive level down.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't always trust the business to make the best decisions!

Pros – T-Mobile offers great benefits (discounted phone, health, dental, vision) and has an easy-going culture around the office. Individuals collaborate well and there is no sense of competition among fellow employees.
Cons – Benefits have declined as they are reducing expenses. Opportunities for advancement have shrunk as recent layoffs have trimmed the ranks of middle management.

Pros – Good hours and equivalent pay for the work. Put in a position to succeed in this role with manager support. Great coworkers and supervisors.
Cons – Directives were often changed at the last minute. There are not very good opportunities for career advancement here because of poor company performance.
Advice to Senior Management – Define career paths and more support from upper management
