Growth potential - They promote from within.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee)
Bellingham, WA (US)

I worked at T-Mobile full-time for more than a year

ProsT-Mobile has great benefits and great pay. They have excellent training (on soft skills as well as technical skills). Some of the training I received when I was there has helped me to be successful in companies I worked for after I left. They have a pay for performance culture and a great support system set up to coach you to push yourself and be successful. They have shift realignments about every 6 months based on performance which is a plus if you put the effort in to meeting/exceeding metric goals. After about a year I received a promotion.

ConsCall center and customer service jobs can be highly stressful by nature. You have to have tough skin for the unpleasant calls that come along and still be able to maintain professionalism. Some people had a hard time with meeting the rigorous call center metrics and quality goals.
