    Pros

    The compensation and benefits are great, and can be unbelievable beneficial if you really know how to hustle. The company has great values and is very accepting of diversity and innovation.

    Cons

    You are constantly apologizing on behalf of the company to customers for: awful cell coverage, confusing billing methods, faulty devices, and misleading advertising to name a few. The low-price and low-quality of the service also tends to attract a customer base that may be uncomfortable for some to deal with- one must have thick skin to work retail here.

    Advice to Management

    Be and "undercover boss" and realize how ludacris the goals and expectations often are. You lose when you blame salespeople if the whole premise the company is working on (i.e. it's inferior network) is flawed fundamentally.

    Pros

    Hourly + Commission, Benefits are amazing, various sales contest with the opportunity to win great prizes and its easy to gain PTO (personal time off).

    Cons

    Sales goals and expectations can be unrealistic at time however your overall experience depends on your store location and your store manager.

    Pros

    Plenty of time off
    Excellent benefits (tuition reimbursement, medical, 401k matching etc…)
    Flexible hours
    Great brand recognition
    On-going training
    Upward mobility

    Cons

    Many store managers are promoted who are not ready to lead others
    Too much tolerance for bad apples
    Way too many metrics
    Too many changes to the comp plan where we end up making less money
    To many errors calculating commission

    Advice to Management

    Fix your commission calculation issues - they affect moral, which affects performance
    Listen to employee complaints and take the seriously
    Don't have us make less money while demanding more - we are smart enough to notice
    You should have as little tolerance for rude customers who demean and abuse us as you do of your employees - we are human!
    Part-time reps should have the same exact benefits as full-timers (daycare help, promotions, tuition reimbursement, etc…)- sometimes they bring in more business than full-timers do

    Pros

    As a Part time sales representative I have taken advantage of the full benefits they offer. They pay is better than I have experienced in other similar jobs. The scheduling has work perfect since I go to school full time (it does depend on your manager). And finally the teams that I have been evolved in have always been easy fun and enjoyable (you as a person does play a role in that).
