    Great benefits and work/life benefits! Awesome culture - the people are fun to work. The speed is fast paced.

    Environment can be political but that is expected given any large corporation.

    Pros

    Great place to work and grow. I was able to reach management within 1.5 years. If you are willing to put in the time you will be rewarded. Awesome set of coworkers, some have become friends for life!

    Cons

    Quotas and Sales metrics can be stressful, but that is expected in any sales environment. Can be hard to work with new management but the company is awesome!

    BONUS THE PAID VACATION THE INSANE EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT THE HEALTH BENEFITS ARE SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE.

    Long hours at the office. Not so good medical benefits.
    Promotion is sub standard after two years.

    Some departments are more interested in "coasting", some of the work can be drudgery and it can be difficult for some to break out of that niche.

    Great benefits, and incentive programs. Good opportunities to move to different positions. I move out of state and easily transitioned from working in the call center to a retail store.

    I have been working at T-Mobile part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    fun environment to work in, great money, part-time, management is really supportive and accommadating to scheduling. very good job for a student who wants to make good money while going to school.

    Cons

    retail hours not great for people with children because although it is part time if you are good you mostly work later shifts so forget seeing your kids. if you are in a low volume store you wont make as much money.

    management has been great to me.
