Current Employee – been working at TIBCO Software
Pros – I love working at TIBCO because I get to work with fun-loving, good people. It's also a healthy and casual work environment with flexible work hours and work location.
Cons – Because of the flexibility, there isn't much of a sense of urgency or clear immediate direction within the company.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide employees a sense of "closeness" with the overall mission and direction of the company.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Current Employee – been working at TIBCO Software full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – smart engineers and great porducts
Cons – Management is terrible. They are sitting out their time witing tio collect their money. When the company does well, they get paid large bonuses. When the company does not do well, they still get paid large bonuses while the rest of the staff gets 0
Very pootly rum
Advice to Senior Management – leave and hire some smart, innovative replacements for your self. Start treating employees with respect so that they WANT to stay, and not want to collect a pay check.

Current Employee – been working at TIBCO Software full-time for more than a year
Pros – Good for technical people to learn and find a better company
Cons – This is a grossly mismanaged organization that will destroy your career , You wont make any money even if you sell as they will not pay you commissions, The will offer you a high OTE and a great compensation plan but will not recognize your sales or call your account a house account that disqualify you for payment no policy arbitrary decisions . This is not a place for coin operated sales people only people who are happy on the base salary and being your managers slaves and the Sales leadership has absolutely no sales management experience and with that leadership they want to compete with SAP, IBM and Oracle
Advice to Senior Management – Please get your act together, Get a decent HR ..treat your employees with respect and dignity

Current Employee – been working at TIBCO Software full-time for more than a year
Pros – The good stuff - a very agile environment, with down to earth people looking for the next spurt of growth so you can grow with the company. Top of the class products and forward thinking - Spotfire is a great win for TIBCO.
Cons – The bad stuffCan feel like a fragmeneted organisation and not meritocratic - bonus pool i smainly retained by senior management and the employees get a very small bonus.
Sales strategy - focus on existing accounts...now new pipeline despite hiring hunters...very strange?
Very lean back office who are th hardest working lot in TIBCO.
Advice to Senior Management – Now the Ugly - Pull your socks up and start thinking about your workforce and not just yourself. There is either too much fragmented process or too little of it - find the middle ground please an reward your staff as they are getting very disillusioned.

Former Employee – worked at TIBCO Software full-time for less than a year
Pros – Good work culture and really talented people work here.
Its good to work in a really dynamic enviornment with really smart people here.
Cons – Pay is comparatively less here. I was expecting to have good raise in salary. But I ended up getting less. So salary is the one thing one should consider before making Tibco as a long term career choice.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay attention to the employees.
