Great Opportunities, but lacks work-life balance.

ProsThere are great opportunities to move up and travel. My co-workers were outstanding and the team worked together well.

ConsThe manager had unrealistic expectations and there was no work-life balance. Pay was not that great.

Advice to Senior ManagementHave reasonable expectations for your employees. The good employees become burned out and look elsewhere.

Decent company that has management issues that need to be dealt with.
