Pros- There are good projects available
- There is no micro management. Has trust in employees.
- Good work life balance and facilities.
- Good commute options

Cons- innovation is on paper only; no real push or rewards.
- Too many changes in technologies and organisation structure. It is pretty confusing at times.
- Avg salary

Advice to Senior Management- Too much Hindi ( even in tech meetings! ) in Bangalore Office!!! Not a healthy development. Respect diversity!

Some employees use regional language even in technical discussions.

ProsYou get a chance to work with some of the industries' most smart people with a penchant to hard-work and innovation.

ConsSome department in general lack that sharpness in working. Their overall method of operation is sluggish. Work assigned to interns is not tracked properly.

ProsGr8 work, good exposure to technologies,experts

ConsDifferentiation between employees and on-site Contractors even if both do same amount of work with lot more dedication
