    Pros

    Reasonably good compensation (Rs. 25K/month in 2014) and a good chance to convert the internship to a PPO.
    Supportive work environment: Mentors and teammates are very friendly and ready to help.

    Cons

    Have to be very careful with confidential information.
    Old systems still being used, e.g. Outlook for mail

    Flexible timings, less work load, good work life balance

    Cons

    Politics, Overall TI is very good but in India they only have a back-end testing/design center and the work there is not as good as abroad or other companies in India

    quality of work, dynamic work, opportunity to switch between different groups, flexibility in work time, least politics and more technical work

    least pay, benefits and incentives are average, HR policies are not in favor of employe

    bring better health policies, give more incentives to employe and there families, try to control the culture of working in late night or on weekends

    TI is going through a cost cutting process because of which major shutdowns have happened and going on

    There should be transparent evaluation system in TI where employee and manager sit together and document all your contributor and how much u were part of revenue generating projects.
