Pros – - There are good projects available
- There is no micro management. Has trust in employees.
- Good work life balance and facilities.
- Good commute options
Cons – - innovation is on paper only; no real push or rewards.
- Too many changes in technologies and organisation structure. It is pretty confusing at times.
- Avg salary
Advice to Senior Management – - Too much Hindi ( even in tech meetings! ) in Bangalore Office!!! Not a healthy development. Respect diversity!

Cons – Static growth prospects and highly competitive
Advice to Senior Management – Upper management is purely consisting of Sales people. Try having some people from other field, that will give a better perspective of things.

Best company if you want to learn.
Cons – highly customer focus, no room for innovations.
Some employees use regional language even in technical discussions.
Advice to Senior Management – Now, as Nokia and other tier customers are gone, start innovating again.

Pros – You get a chance to work with some of the industries' most smart people with a penchant to hard-work and innovation.
Cons – Some department in general lack that sharpness in working. Their overall method of operation is sluggish. Work assigned to interns is not tracked properly.

Pros – Gr8 work, good exposure to technologies,experts
Cons – Differentiation between employees and on-site Contractors even if both do same amount of work with lot more dedication
Advice to Senior Management – Contractors are also Humans.Please ease certain facilities to them too.
