“A lot of work, but very rewarding job!”
I worked at Total Healthcare for Women full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Great work hours, fairly good staff, good pay, decent benefits, understanding owners & good friendly atmosphere! Also, the staff tries to work together to help accommodate work schedules.
Cons – One of the doctors is very, very rude & nasty to staff
Advice to Senior Management – Needed more teamwork & not people that are "two faced"
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
