Current Employee – been working at Towers Watson full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – There's Lots of learning. You get to work on very interesting projects
They hire a certain type - 'friendly and easy to get along' and this makes the work environment extremely friendly
Cons – There's only learning - you pay for learning with the rest of your life
Management lives in a world of its own and cares only about billable hours and consultant utilization. There's nothing in it for junior employee (besides learning). consultants can do with training.
Advice to Senior Management – Practice what you preach.

Current Employee – been working at Towers Watson full-time for less than a year
Pros – Flexible hours. Somewhat challenging job. colleagues pleasant to be with. great for early career learning
Cons – siloed practices. no clear incentive to stay for a long time unless you want to.
Advice to Senior Management – doing a pretty good job given current conditions, but if want a drastic improvement, the company needs a overhaul. such as broadening the practices and focusing less on shareholders (which I think it's most difficult)

Current Employee – been working at Towers Watson full-time for less than a year
Pros – Helpful colleagues, flexibility as far as work-life balance is concerned. Telecommuting from home is not a problem when needed. This really helps folks like me who has a family. Enough corporate activities organized by the HR. Overall a good place to work.
Cons – The health insurance the company offers is absolutely ridiculous. By the time you are done paying the high deductibles, the year is over and a new set of deductibles kick in. Not very good for folks with families, especially with small kids where you may have to see the doctor very often. And if you have a family member who has got an ongoing issue like asthma/allergy etc. you will be better off finding some other place to work.
Advice to Senior Management – Must offer better health insurance for folks living in the greater Philadelphia area.
