Cons – Not for entry/lower level positions ( Assistant brand manager,brand executive etc)

Pros – TOP FMCG company
Leading in most of its brands
Vide range of brands
4 out of 5 person using HUL brands
Good to add the name of HUL in CV
Cons – Very bad atmosphare of work in some department
very bad criteria of aprasel
taking long time to move to next level
some wrong conditions for moving to next level like transfer from current location, even if you are eligible for promotions
very low salary hike
Advice to Senior Management – should think about changing atmosphere
promotion criteria should be chage
hike in salary should be more than current %
should change the profiles of manager if they have not change himself from a long time
take regular views/opinion from employees about their managers

Cons – Less chances to know other teams under same company.
Advice to Senior Management – A very practical and application based thinking with a common goal for all is the best thing to work with.

Pros – It's a people company, Good team engagement & Team support. Lovely employee environment & driven by excellent team of leadership.
Cons – MBA's ruled by Graduates still in some parts.
Advice to Senior Management – Only the people who comes from IIM's only can get elevate as manager's.

Pros – Very well structured learning system & OTJ training structure. Good exposure to new ideas & thoughts. Excellent product line-up boasting of many market leading brands. Management is aligned with vision of the future of reducing environment footprint by half while doubling the turnover.
Cons – Some times timelines get very tight. Pressure to perform.

Pros – You are allowed to take calculated risk & that is how you keep on learning & developing. Very good set of senior managers who keeps on guiding you how to progress in business & in personal life.
Cons – Takes a long time to react. Need lots of approval before any action is taken because of which many a times we loose the competative edge.
